On August 8th, we officially launched COLD SKIN — a curated multi-brand jewelry store built around a clear aesthetic and strategic positioning.
COLD SKIN was created as a focused multi-brand concept for contemporary jewelry. Rather than developing a single-label collection, the idea behind COLD SKIN is curation: selecting independent brands and pieces that follow a cohesive visual and strategic direction. The store brings together different designers under one defined point of view.
The launch represents a deliberate step from consulting into execution. Building COLD SKIN allowed us to apply our own frameworks across assortment strategy, pricing logic, contribution margin control, content production and performance marketing within a real operating brand. Every structural decision — from product mix to positioning — was developed through the same analytical and strategic lens we use in our client work.
COLD SKIN is designed as a digital-first brand. The focus lies on product clarity, structured assortment building and scalable e-commerce operations. By running a multi-brand concept ourselves, we gain direct insight into inventory management, demand behavior, and customer decision-making within a highly competitive segment.
Launching COLD SKIN was not about diversification. It was about building within the same ecosystem we advise — and operating under the same economic realities that shape modern fashion e-commerce.
