Welcome to the Team, Katinka!

Since July, Katinka has been part of BENCHMARKED as a Junior Brand Performance Manager.

She originally joined us as an intern, where her instinct for branding, trends, and communication quickly stood out. Her passion for fashion started early, gaining her first insights through a PR internship that further solidified her interest in the industry. After studying Sociology and Political Science at the University of Konstanz, Katinka completed additional training as a Social Media Manager. She also gained hands-on experience in event and media production, including music video shoots and stage productions. Most recently, she worked as a personal assistant to executive management, focusing on strategic and organizational tasks.

Katinka combines creativity with a sharp strategic mind – we’re excited to have her on board.
