Katinka first worked with us during her internship, where her instinct for branding, trends and communication quickly became evident. Her interest in fashion and brand dynamics started early and was shaped further through a PR internship that deepened her understanding of the industry. From the beginning, she combined creative awareness with structured thinking — a balance that aligns closely with our approach.

After studying Sociology and Political Science at the University of Konstanz, Katinka expanded her skill set with additional training as a Social Media Manager. She also gained practical experience in event and media production, contributing to music video shoots and stage productions. Most recently, she worked as a personal assistant to executive management, focusing on strategic and organizational responsibilities.

At BENCHMARKED, Katinka now supports our Brand Performance team in developing data-informed marketing strategies for fashion brands. Her ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking strengthens our consulting-driven approach to growth and brand building.
